Robert Jenerowicz

Partner at the GJW Legal Office. Leader of the litigation and trial team. He has over 23 years of professional experience. He also specializes in supporting reorganization and restructuring projects. His professional interests are also related to the broadly understood local government, banking law and co-operative law.

Since 2002, he has been working with one of the leading energy groups in Poland, which he represents in many legal economic court disputes and provides legal support in business ventures. For a year he provided legal services to the department dealing with the sale of electricity in a company operating in the field of electricity trading.

He has extensive knowledge and many years of practice in the area of organizational and legal functioning of commercial law companies and cooperatives. For four years, he provided ongoing corporate support to one of the banks in Poznań . He also participated in the supervision and management of enterprises: for a few years he was the General Director in a commercial law company, he was also seconded (as a member of the supervisory board of a joint stock company) to perform duties of a board member and then the president of the board of this company.

He has extensive experience in representing businesses and banks before civil, commercial and administrative courts. He repeatedly conducted legal proceedings in cases regarding economic matters (including debt recovery) with significant values of the object of dispute, He  represented clients before administrative courts and The Court of Competition and Consumer Protection (Sąd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów). He successfully dealt with legal disputes with the National Social Insurance Institution  (Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych) regarding the interpretation of social insurance law. His experience also includes court proceedings in the field of international debt recovery, including those based on a European Payment Order.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University  in Poznań. Entered on the list of prosecutors at the Regional Public Prosecutor’s Office in Kalisz and a list of legal counselors at the REgional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Zielona Góra.
