She supports entrepreneurs in the course of execution of the projects financed from EU funds. She also specializes in labor law and in developing and drafting contracts (including construction contracts) and transaction documentation. She has extensive experience in preparing analyses and legal opinions in the field of civil law, civil procedure, energy law, real estate law, construction law, labor law and European Union law.
She is a leading lawyer in the GJW litigation and trial team. In many court proceedings, she represents energy companies in civil and commercial disputes. She has extensive experience in disputes regarding construction contracts, civil law obligations, interpretation and implementation of contracts, rights to immovable property, and limited property rights (including easements and servitudes).
She also conducted numerous legal disputes before labor and social security courts, arbitration courts and represented clients in mortgage register and registration proceedings. She participated in mediation and conciliation proceedings. Successfully represents clients before the Supreme Court and common courts, including the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection (Sąd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów). On numerous occasions she has conducted legal disputes with ZUS (The National Social Insurance Institution) and other insurers.
A graduate of law and international relations, specialization: law, economy and European culture at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. She completed legal training at Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. Entered on the list of persons authorized to act as members of supervisory boards of companies kept by the Ministry of the Treasury.
