Attorney-at-law at the GJW Legal Office. He specializes in providing legal support related to investment processes and projects financed from EU funds. He provides comprehensive legal services regarding purchasing processes carried out both pursuant to the public procurement law and based on the principle of competitiveness. He supports clients in the implementation of projects co-financed from EU funds, as part of operational programs such as POIR, WRPO, RPLB, POIŚ and others. Currently involved in legal services for investments carried out by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (Branch in Białystok).
He has professional experience in legal support provided to public finance sector entities. As part of his previous professional practice, he advised contractors and contracting parties at all stages of the public procurement procedure and at the stage of contract execution. He provided support for infrastructure projects.
He has many years of professional experience. Before starting to cooperate with the GJW Legal Office, he provided legal assistance in law firms, mainly by servicing commercial law companies set up under Special Economic Zones and conducting civil law proceedings.
On numerous occasions represented clients before common courts, the Supreme Administrative Court and the National Appeals Chamber. Currently involved in legal services regarding investments executed as part of projects co-financed by the European Union.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. Participant of the Socrates-Erasmus Program at the Slovak Comenius University in Bratislava. Entered on the list of Lublin Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
