He has a proven track record and many years of experience in being a financial and operational director. He participated and led a number of development and reorganization projects, as well as in the field of cost optimization, reduction of inventory levels and improvement of debt collection. He was responsible for planning and supervising the implementation of investment processes and the implementation of divestment projects.

For many years associated with the Enea Group, where he was engaged in, inter alia, the analysis and reporting of subsidiaries operating in trade, service and production markets. He was involved in many corporate projects in the area of ​​optimization of purchasing and logistics processes, financial management of the capital group and corporate governance.

A graduate of the Management and Marketing Faculty at the Poznań University of Economics with a specialization in Finance and business accounting. He also completed Postgraduate Studies of EU Economic Law and Postgraduate Managerial Studies at Poznań School of Banking
