Attorney-at-law at the GJW Legal Office. He deals with investment processes and providing ongoing legal services for business entities. He provides support to entities from the IT, RES, municipal waste and production entities from the SME sector.
He actively participates in the creation, evaluation and negotiation of draft contracts related to the operational activities of enterprises, investment processes and the implementation of IT projects. He has extensive experience in preparing legal expert opinions in the field of civil law, energy law, real estate law, construction and administrative laws. He also specializes in preparing and developing transaction documentation.
Experience
He provides legal services both to large companies operating in the structure of a capital group and to smaller entities of the SME segment (representation in economic and administrative disputes, support for day-to-day operations). He participated in projects executed in the new technologies segment, advised on numerous transactions and provided services to the governing bodies of commercial law companies, associations and foundations.
He has extensive experience in representing clients before common courts and enforcement authorities. He also represented clients in administrative proceedings representing both investors and other participants in the proceedings. In his legal practice he also participates in the processes of capital transformation of commercial law companies, and also supports entrepreneurs in the design and negotiation of terms of commercial transactions as well as executing Internet projects.
Currently involved in legal services regarding investments carried out by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways and handling court proceedings of entities from the ENEA capital group.
Author or co-author of publications in Bulletin „Energia Elektryczna.Klient. Dystrybucja. Przesył” (‘Electrical Energy. Customer. Distribution. Transmission’) and in RegulacjewEnergetyce.pl online portal.
Education, qualifications
He completed legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Poznań. A graduate of law and sociology at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań. Participant of the Socrates-Erasmus program at the Italian Università della Calabria in Cosenzy.
