We advise on the establishment of energy cooperatives: we analyse feasibility, prepare the required documentation, support registration with the National Court Register (KRS) and the National Support Centre for Agriculture (KOWR), draft agreements governing the terms of cooperation between cooperative members, review agreements with distribution system operators (DSOs), and ensure compliance with energy law and renewable energy regulations.

We support clients in licensing proceedings: we prepare applications, analyse regulatory requirements, and represent clients before public authorities in matters concerning the granting, amendment, or revocation of licences. We also advise companies from various sectors on the ongoing fulfilment of licensing obligations.

We draft and negotiate agreements for the sale, transmission, and distribution of energy. We analyse contractual terms, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and protect our clients’ interests in dealings with operators and counterparties. We represent clients in proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (URE), including matters relating to licences, tariffs, administrative penalties, and regulatory disputes. We prepare appeals against decisions issued by the President of URE and represent businesses in appeal proceedings concerning the imposition of financial penalties.

We support clients in the grid connection process: we advise at the stage of obtaining connection conditions, carry out a detailed review and negotiation of connection agreements, and assist clients in their dealings with energy system operators.
