Legal Counsel at GJW Law Firm. Doctor of Laws. Assistant Professor at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences. She specialises in energy law, antitrust law, and commercial law.
She has many years of experience in carrying out research projects related to the functioning of European Union energy markets, which she gained through her academic and research work at Polish and foreign research institutions.
She has more than ten years of professional experience. From 2010 to 2014, she served as an Assistant Professor at the Chair of Intellectual Property, Administrative and European Law at the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Opole University of Technology. Before joining GJW, she provided legal assistance in the preparation and supervision of civil court proceedings at one of the law firms in Wrocław.
She is the author of several dozen publications in the field of energy law, including renewable energy law, as well as antitrust law. She has also been a speaker at numerous conferences devoted to the functioning of the energy market.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław, and of postgraduate studies in the management of research and development projects at the WSB University in Wrocław. She also participated in the Socrates-Erasmus programme at the French Université de Nice – Sophia Antipolis.
