Attorney-at-law at the GJW Legal Office. Specializes in providing legal support related to investment processes and projects financed from EU funds. He provides comprehensive legal services regarding purchasing processes carried out both pursuant to the public procurement law and based on the principle of competitiveness. He supports clients in the implementation of projects co-financed from EU funds, in the course of programs such as POIR, WRPO, RPLB, POIŚ and others.

He has professional experience in legal support provided to public finance sector entities, municipal companies, local government cultural institutions and enterprises from the energy industry (including gas network operator).As part of his previous professional practice, he advised contractors and contracting parties at all stages of the public procurement procedure and at the stage of contract execution.He provided support for infrastructure projects (large-size buildings) carried out by one of universities from the city of Poznan.

He has many years of professional experience. Before starting to cooperate with the GJW Legal Office, he worked as an official in the government administration unit, where he independently conducted cases in the field of public procurement, during which his  responsibility included  the preparation of tender documentation and providing legal support in the course of the proceedings. He has experience in supervising enterprises gained while performing the function of a member of the supervisory board.

On numerous occasions represented clients before common courts, Supreme Administrative Court  (Naczelnym Sądem Administracyjnym), Regional Main Adjudicating Commission  (Regionalna i Główna Komisją Orzekająca) in cases concerning violation of public finance discipline, and represented the procuring entities and contractors before the National Chamber of Appeal.

Currently involved in legal services regarding investments executed as part of projects co-financed by the European Union. He also provides ongoing legal assistance in the course of procurement proceedings (including proceedings in public procurement (PZP) procedures).

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Entered on the list of attorney-at-law of the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
