Ludmiła Kitaszewska

Attorney-at-law at the GJW Legal Office. She is responsible for comprehensive consultancy in the field of public procurement and labor law. She provides clients with ongoing support throughout the whole procurement process as well as at the stage of contract execution. Prepares, negotiates and gives her legal opinions regarding civil and commercial contracts, both in Polish and English. She also makes assessments and advises the clients in reference to their planned transactions in terms of compliance with competition and consumer protection laws as well as the Act on Suppression of Unfair Competition.

As part of her professional practice to date, she supported both contractors and procuring entities at all stages of public procurement. She has advised public finance sector entities, cultural institutions and entrepreneurs, including sector-specific ones. She also  took part in the process of controlling public  procurement procedures using the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism, where she analyzed the legitimacy of imposing financial corrections on beneficiaries.

She has a proven track record and many years of experience in the area of  providing legal services to companies, which she gained while working in law firms and as an in-house lawyer in an international company.

She also has a proven track record and extensive litigation and trial experience in the field of labour and business disputes. She successfully represented entrepreneurs in proceedings before common courts and the National Chamber of Appeal.

Attorney-at-law, member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Poznań. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń with Master of Arts  degree. She is fluent in English.
