Marcin Kłos

Legal counsel at the GJW Legal Office. Specializes in providing legal services regarding investment processes in the areas of building code, spatial planning and development as well as environmental protection law. He also provides legal services for real estate  transactions.

He provides comprehensive legal services for corporate customers, including entities that are subject to specific sector-specific regulations – a company owned by the Agricultural Property Agency (Agencja Nieruchomości Rolnych), an entity from the health care sector.

He has extensive experience and a proven track record in applying broadly understood local government law. He provided legal services and his expertise to many local government units and bodies, including municipal companies. He was a councillor, appointed member of the Municipal Council in Sierakow (Rada Gminy Sieraków) for two terms, also served there as a Chairman of the Budget and Economic Committee as well as the Administrative District Consumer Ombudsman (Powiatowy Rzecznik Konsumentów) in Międzychód. He is also a member of the supervisory board of a municipal company in Góra.

He has repeatedly represented investors in contacts with
administrative bodies and authorities as well as participants in administrative proceedings, also at the stage of appeal proceedings. He represented clients before WSA (The Regional Administrative Court) and NSA  (The Supreme Administrative Court).

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of A. Mickiewicz in Poznań. Entered on the list of legal counsels of the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Poznań.
