Attorney-at-law at GJW Law Firm. He provides ongoing legal services to business entities and represents clients before common courts. His areas of interest include in particular civil, commercial and insurance law. He specialises in commercial and civil disputes.
Experience
He gained experience by practising as an assistant judge in the commercial and civil divisions of Poznań courts, in both instances, since 2018. He dealt with all categories of commercial cases, including bankruptcy, restructuring and registration cases. He has also specialised in cases involving claims under loan agreements denominated or indexed with the Swiss franc exchange rate.
He has been practising as a legal adviser since 2023. He has litigation experience, in particular in insurance law cases. He actively appears before common courts of all instances.
Education, Qualifications
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. During his studies, he was active in a scientific circle and participated in seminars and conferences. He is also the author and editor of scientific publications. He was awarded a scholarship of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding scientific achievements. During his work in the judiciary, he participated in dozens of training courses organised by the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution.
He is registered on the list of legal advisors of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań.
