Legal Counsel at GJW Law Firm. She provides ongoing legal services to business entities and represents clients before common courts. Her areas of interest include civil law, labour law, as well as insolvency and restructuring law. She is an active litigation lawyer, representing clients before common courts, particularly in commercial and employment disputes. She also supports clients in negotiations and handles ongoing corporate matters.
She gained her professional experience working at leading law firms in Poznań, advising both individual and corporate clients, including financial institutions. She was involved in the ongoing legal support of business entities from both the private and public sectors.
She has extensive litigation experience, gained, among other things, through handling complex investment-related cases, disputes concerning the invalidation of foreign currency agreements, as well as employment disputes, including those involving workplace bullying and summary dismissals. For many years, she has provided ongoing legal services to entrepreneurs, advising, among other things, on the negotiation of commercial contracts and pre-trial settlements.
She completed her legal traineeship at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Poznań. She is a graduate of two degree programmes at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań: Law and Political Science, with a specialisation in European Administration. She has also recently completed postgraduate studies in Insolvency and Restructuring Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
