RES/MIOZE agreements

We provide legal assistance during the conclusion of agreements for connection to the distribution network of a distribution system operator, related to the connection of renewable energy source installations and small renewable energy source installations (MIOZE) to the system.

PPA contracts

We draft, assist during negotiations, and provide legal support at the stage of concluding and executing PPAs (Power Purchase Agreements) – long-term contracts for the purchase of green energy, usually concluded between the generator (the owner of the RES source) and the final customer.

Liquid fuels

We conduct comprehensive analyses of agreements concluded by entities conducting licensed activities in the scope of trading in liquid fuels, in terms of their compliance with generally applicable provisions of law and the conditions for conducting licensed activities specified in the licence.

Storage and distribution agreements

We verify the provisions of, inter alia, agreements for the provision of gaseous fuels storage services and natural gas liquefaction services. We analyse, clarify, and issue legal opinions on the provisions of General Distribution Agreements and Inter-operator Distribution Agreements in terms of their compliance with applicable legal provisions. We examine and review agreements for the provision of gaseous fuels or energy transmission or distribution services, as well as agreements for the provision of gaseous fuels storage services, in terms of their compliance with the Energy Law Act.

Energy distribution to charging points

We provide comprehensive legal services to entities operating publicly accessible charging stations. We draft proposed agreements and issue legal opinions on the provisions in existing agreements for the provision of energy distribution services concluded by the operator of a publicly accessible charging station, as well as in agreements for the sale of such energy.

Change of supplier

We provide legal advisory services in the event of disputes related to the change of electricity supplier (based on the TPA principle).

Court disputes / mediation

We represent Parties in disputes before common courts in connection with concluded energy sale, transmission, and distribution agreements. We participate in and support Clients in mediations with other entities conducting business activities, including other entities conducting licensed activities.
