Refusal to conclude a grid connection agreement

In the event of a refusal to connect to the grid, we assist in preparing and submitting an application for dispute resolution by the President of ERO. We represent the party during administrative proceedings before the President of ERO. We prepare appeals against the decisions of the President of ERO and represent our clients before the Regional Court in Warsaw – the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection.

Grid connection of charging stations

We assist in the grid connection of road public transport charging infrastructure. We provide legal support at the stage of preparing the application for the determination of grid connection conditions, during the proceedings related to the examination of the application, and at the stage of concluding the connection agreement.

Agreement for the grid connection of a renewable energy source installation

We provide comprehensive legal support to investors intending to connect a renewable energy source installation or an electricity storage facility to the grid. We assist at the stage of notifying the commissioning of renewable energy source installations.

Grid connection of other generation sources

We assist in submitting the application for the determination of connection conditions, obtaining connection conditions, and at the stage of concluding the connection agreement. We provide comprehensive legal support to generators in the scope of analysing agreements regulating the supply of energy.

Proceedings before the Coordinator for Negotiations at the President of ERO

We offer legal support to household energy consumers and prosumers during proceedings before the Coordinator for Negotiations at the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (the entity authorised to conduct proceedings concerning the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes between household consumers of gaseous fuels, electricity, or heat and energy enterprises, as well as between prosumers who are consumers and energy enterprises, arising from agreements). We assist at the stage preceding the proceedings before the Coordinator (e.g., during the complaint procedure), provide support related to the preparation of the application and completing the documentation, and advise during the proceedings pending before the Coordinator for Negotiations.
