We prepare analyses and opinions that enable you to make the right decision regarding the legal form of the planned venture. In our activities, we take into account the goals set for the new entity, its personnel structure, and the tax context. We support our clients in establishing ordinary, registered, and international associations, as well as associations of local government units. Our activities also encompass creating foundations and establishing representative offices of foreign foundations within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
We provide comprehensive legal assistance related to drafting the statutes of foundations or associations. As part of our activities, we advise on matters related to membership and asset management, the selection and execution of duties incumbent on the governing bodies, making amendments to the statutes, and the dissolution of associations and foundations. We also create operational bylaws and other internal documents.
We offer assistance at every stage of creating a foundation or association. We represent interested entities in negotiations and conduct correspondence on their behalf. We support the founders and creators of associations in matters related to managing the assets of the newly formed entities. We prepare internal documents, including resolutions and bylaws (necessary for the election of governing bodies and the commencement of operations). In our activities, we utilize the latest legal solutions, including the possibility of voting via electronic means of communication. We assist foundations and associations in compiling the documentation necessary for registry proceedings.

We identify potential sources of financing and optimal methods for conducting the planned activities. We draft the necessary contracts and resolutions adopted by the governing bodies of foundations and associations. We also prepare legal opinions regarding the functioning of the established entities.
