He specialises in transfer pricing services, the taxation of transactions related to real estate trading, the taxation of financial transactions, corporate restructuring, and conducting tax reviews aimed at identifying areas of potential tax risk and formal irregularities, as well as representing taxpayers in tax proceedings.
He participated in advisory projects for the largest Polish and foreign business entities operating on the Polish market. Since July 2002, he worked at Deloitte & Touche Doradztwo Podatkowe sp. z o.o. in the Financial Markets and International Tax Law departments. Since January 2005, he was employed at the Warsaw office of KPMG Tax sp. z o.o. (currently KPMG Tax M. Michna sp. k.) in the Corporate Income Tax (CIT) department. Since January 2008, he has been associated with the international advisory group HLB M2.
He is a graduate of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He holds a tax adviser licence.
