Legal Counsel at GJW Law Firm. She specialises in construction law, legal support for investment processes, and legal advisory services in procurement procedures conducted under the Polish Public Procurement Law.
She has experience in preparing legal analyses as well as drafting and negotiating contract templates. She advises, among other things, on contractual penalties for withdrawal from construction works contracts, contractual penalties for delay, and remuneration for additional and substitute works. She supports clients in proceedings before common courts, with a particular focus on the construction sector. She provides ongoing legal advice in the field of public procurement law, both at the stage of public procurement procedures and during the performance of public contracts.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. She is entered on the list of legal counsels of the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw.
