We support clients in licensing proceedings: we prepare applications, analyse regulatory requirements, and represent clients before public authorities in matters concerning the granting, amendment, or revocation of licences. We also advise companies from various sectors on the ongoing fulfilment of licensing obligations.

We prepare appeals against decisions issued by the President of URE and represent businesses in appeal proceedings concerning the imposition of financial penalties.

We support clients in the grid connection process: we advise at the stage of obtaining connection conditions, carry out a detailed review and negotiation of connection agreements, and assist clients in their dealings with energy system operators.
