Attorney-at-law with more than a decade of professional experience, specialising in regulatory aspects of the electricity market.
He gained his professional experience in leading international law firms as well as serving as in-house counsel within an international capital group operating, among others, in the renewable energy and energy trading sectors.
His areas of expertise include energy law, corporate law and commercial law. He advises clients on regulatory matters, contract negotiations, due diligence investigations, M&A transactions, and represents them in administrative and court proceedings, particularly in matters related to energy regulation.
Mr Anis Benamer has provided legal services to leading Polish and international companies operating in the electricity, renewable energy, district heating and chemical sectors.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He completed his legal traineeship with the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań and has been admitted to practice as an attorney-at-law. He is fluent in English.
