Legal Counsel at GJW Law Firm. He provides ongoing legal and tax services to business entities. His areas of interest include, among others, real estate law, civil law, as well as tax, administrative, and administrative court proceedings. He represents clients before public administration authorities as well as before common courts and administrative courts.
He has been gaining professional experience since 2016, working at law firms in Kraków and in legal and tax departments of leading global advisory firms (Big Four). He has mainly dealt with tax advisory matters, with a particular focus on real estate, as well as handling tax disputes in this area. He has led numerous projects for the largest companies in Poland, including those in the FMCG sector, logistics, automotive, and commercial real estate.
He has litigation experience and actively represents clients before public administration authorities, common courts, and administrative courts of all instances.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He is entered on the list of legal counsels of the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Poznań. He is fluent in English.
