Collaborating expert of GJW Law Firm. He supports GJW in projects requiring knowledge and practical experience in IT, energy technologies and the principles governing the operation of the energy market.
For several decades, he has been involved in the implementation of IT systems in enterprises, including MRP, ERP, WMS and CRM systems. Among other projects, he managed SAP R/3 implementations. He has many years of experience in building and leading interdisciplinary project teams. He has successfully transformed teams towards an Agile mindset. He has worked in corporate finance management, particularly in the area of controlling, and has managed operational activities, including process and cost optimisation. He has completed numerous development and reorganisation projects and has successfully led development initiatives in enterprises with complex organisational structures.
He has practical knowledge of managing innovative projects. He was responsible for preparing project documentation for numerous R&D and implementation projects and participated in the settlement of projects involving EU funding components, both investment and R&D projects. He developed assumptions for, and participated in the establishment of, a Science and Technology Park. He has also carried out projects in the energy sector, including the design and implementation of a self-balancing energy island based on the generation of electricity and heat from renewable energy sources.
For many years, he was associated with Zakłady Włókien Chemicznych Stilon SA, part of the Rhodia/Nylstar Group, where he managed the implementation and maintenance of SAP R/3, including FI, AM, CO, MM, SD and PP modules. Subsequently, while working for the Faurecia Group, he managed the IT shared services centre for Poland. He co-created and served as Director for Research and Implementation at the Gorzów Technology Centre. Since 2016, he has served as President of the Lubusz Innovation Network Association.
He graduated in Microelectronics from the Czech Technical University in Prague – CTU. He also completed studies in Corporate Financial Management at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, a Controlling Programme at the Institute of Enterprise Analysis – IAP, and the programme “Artificial Intelligence and Business Process Automation in Practice” at Gdańsk University of Technology. He is fluent in Polish, English and Czech.
