Our advisory covers all stages of social dialogue — from creating cooperation procedures, through conducting collective bargaining and consultations, to representing the employer in collective disputes. We also advise during the development of strategies for building relationships with trade union organizations. Our priority is to ensure the compliance of the employer’s actions with legal regulations while maintaining the operational continuity of the enterprise.
We have experience in managing conflicts between employers and trade unions. We seek practical solutions in disputed situations that allow for reaching an agreement without involving external institutions. We prepare clients substantively and draft proposed positions and statements. We represent entrepreneurs at every stage of a collective dispute — from the moment the trade union submits its demands, through mediation, to potential proceedings before boards and courts. We represent employers in disputes concerning the assessment of the legality of a strike, individual disputes arising from a collective dispute, and during proceedings before the Social Arbitration Board.
We design a stable legal framework for employee relations. Our team specializes in structuring, reviewing, and negotiating Company Collective Labour Agreements (ZUZP) and other collective agreements. We have extensive experience in drafting work regulations, remuneration policies, bonus schemes, and regulations for the Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS). We tailor each document to the individual specifics of the enterprise and its strategic goals. Our solutions build modern corporate governance in the area of employment regulations and effectively protect the enterprise against the risk of collective disputes arising.
